Terms of Use

Effective date: 15 July 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of anjulifoods.com, including its online store, customer-account functions, product pages, communications, promotions and related services operated by Anjuli Foods Pvt. Ltd.

By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting information, placing an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. Who we are

Business: Anjuli Foods Pvt. Ltd.
Registered address: Laxmi Chowk, Kageswori Manohara, Kathmandu, Nepal
Email: customer@anjulifoods.com
Website: https://anjulifoods.com

2. Related policies and pages

These Terms of Use should be read together with the following pages, which form part of the terms governing your use of our website and purchases:

If there is a conflict between these Terms of Use and a specific policy concerning payment, delivery, returns, refunds, privacy or a product guarantee, the more specific policy will apply to that particular subject, to the extent permitted by law.

3. Eligibility to use the website

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to place an order through the website. If you are under the legal age of majority applicable in your location, you may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current and complete and that you are not prohibited by law from using our services.

4. Website access and availability

We aim to keep the website available and functioning properly. However, access may occasionally be interrupted, delayed, restricted or unavailable due to maintenance, updates, security measures, internet failures, hosting issues, technical faults, third-party service interruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any website feature, product category, account function or service at any time, subject to applicable consumer law and existing confirmed orders.

5. Customer accounts

You may be able to register, log in and manage information through our My Account page.

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate registration and contact information;
  • maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password;
  • using a secure password not shared with other services;
  • preventing unauthorised access to your account and devices;
  • reviewing account and order activity;
  • notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless the activity resulted from a failure of security for which Anjuli Foods is legally responsible.

We may suspend, restrict or close an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, unlawful conduct, security compromise, abusive conduct, repeated payment failure or a material breach of these Terms.

6. Product information

We try to present product names, ingredients, quantities, images, descriptions, nutritional information, origin information, preparation methods and prices accurately. However, minor differences may occur because of natural variation, photography, lighting, screen settings, seasonal sourcing, production methods or packaging updates.

Product images are illustrative. Natural foods may vary in colour, texture, shape, size, moisture level and appearance between batches.

Unless expressly confirmed otherwise, website descriptions are not medical advice and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

7. Natural-product guarantee

Information concerning our natural-product commitments is available on our 100% Natural Product Guarantee page.

Any guarantee applies subject to:

  • the wording published on the guarantee page at the time of purchase;
  • the product label and ingredient declaration;
  • proper storage and use by the customer;
  • natural variations inherent in agricultural and minimally processed products;
  • applicable legal and food-safety requirements.

The natural-product guarantee does not mean that all products are suitable for every person, allergy, medical condition, diet or personal preference.

8. Allergies, dietary needs and food safety

Customers are responsible for reviewing product labels, ingredient information, allergen statements and storage instructions before consuming or serving a product.

Our products may contain, or may be processed or stored in environments that handle, ingredients such as nuts, seeds, fruit, grains, dairy, gluten, soy or other allergens, depending on the product and production environment.

If you have a serious allergy, medical condition, pregnancy-related dietary concern or prescribed dietary restriction, seek appropriate professional advice before consumption and contact us before ordering if clarification is needed.

9. Prices and taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may include or exclude taxes as indicated during checkout or on the relevant invoice.

Delivery charges, taxes, payment fees or other applicable costs will be displayed before final order submission where reasonably possible.

We may change prices at any time. A change will not ordinarily affect an order that we have already accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing error, unlawful price, tax correction or other circumstance recognised by applicable law.

10. Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance, process it for fulfilment, dispatch it or otherwise clearly confirm that a binding sale has been formed.

We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance where:

  • the product is unavailable;
  • payment is not authorised or cannot be verified;
  • the delivery address is incomplete or unsupported;
  • the order appears fraudulent or abusive;
  • the price or product information contains an obvious error;
  • purchase limits have been exceeded;
  • the transaction would violate applicable law.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cannot fulfil, we will arrange an appropriate refund subject to the applicable payment and refund process.

11. Payments

Available payment methods may include payment cards, bank transfer, digital wallets, QR payment systems, cash on delivery or other methods displayed at checkout.

Payments may be processed by independent banks, payment gateways, digital-wallet companies or other payment-service providers. Their own terms, security procedures and privacy policies may apply.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the payment information provided is accurate.

We may carry out reasonable verification or fraud-prevention checks before accepting or dispatching an order.

12. Delivery

Delivery areas, estimated delivery times, charges, responsibilities, failed-delivery procedures and related conditions are described in our Delivery, Return and Refund Policy.

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Delays may occur because of traffic, weather, courier operations, public holidays, remote locations, incorrect addresses, security issues, natural disasters or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible delivery address and for ensuring that an authorised person is available to receive the order where required.

13. Inspection on delivery

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. Contact us as soon as reasonably possible if:

  • the parcel appears materially damaged;
  • an item is missing;
  • the wrong product was delivered;
  • a product has leaked or opened;
  • the product appears unsafe or materially defective.

We may request photographs, packaging, order details, batch information or other reasonable evidence so that we can investigate the issue.

14. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Returns, cancellations, replacements and refunds are governed by our Delivery, Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Because many food products are perishable, consumable, hygiene-sensitive or sealed for health and safety reasons, return rights may be limited after delivery or opening unless a product is defective, incorrectly supplied, unsafe or otherwise eligible under applicable law or our published policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Promotions, discounts and coupon codes

Promotions, discounts, gifts, coupons, loyalty benefits and referral programmes may be subject to separate conditions.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • promotions cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • discounts cannot be combined;
  • only one coupon may be used per order;
  • codes may have an expiry date or minimum purchase requirement;
  • promotions may be limited by product, customer, location or stock availability;
  • abusive, automated or fraudulent use is prohibited.

16. Reviews, comments and user content

You may be able to submit reviews, photographs, comments, feedback or other content.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

  • the content is truthful and based on genuine experience;
  • you own the content or have permission to submit it;
  • it does not infringe another person’s rights;
  • it is not unlawful, threatening, deceptive, discriminatory, obscene or defamatory;
  • it does not contain malware, spam or hidden advertising;
  • it does not disclose unnecessary personal or confidential information.

You grant Anjuli Foods a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, adapt and use submitted content for operating, promoting and improving our business, subject to applicable privacy law.

We may moderate, reject, edit or remove content that breaches these Terms, is irrelevant, presents a legal or safety risk, or appears fraudulent. We are not required to publish every submission.

17. Acceptable website use

You must not:

  • use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, servers or databases;
  • introduce malware, viruses or harmful code;
  • scrape, harvest or extract website information through automated means without permission;
  • interfere with checkout, payment, security or availability;
  • impersonate another person or provide false information;
  • use stolen or unauthorised payment information;
  • abuse discounts, refunds, promotional codes or return procedures;
  • copy or commercially exploit website content without permission;
  • harass staff, customers, couriers or service providers.

18. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its contents—including the Anjuli Foods name, logos, product photographs, illustrations, packaging, text, graphics, videos, recipes, designs and software—are owned by or licensed to Anjuli Foods Pvt. Ltd.

You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

19. Third-party links and services

The website may contain links to or integrations with payment providers, social networks, maps, videos, courier services, marketplaces, affiliate-program technology providers such as GoAffPro, or other third-party services.

Third parties operate independently and may apply their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, availability, security or independent data practices, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Where a third-party service processes information on our behalf or supports an Anjuli Foods service, our use of that information is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

20. Social media, advertising and external-platform data

Anjuli Foods may maintain accounts, pages, advertisements, shops or content on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok and other social-media or advertising services.

When you view, follow, like, comment on, message, share, click, purchase through or otherwise interact with Anjuli Foods on these platforms, information may be collected and processed by both the platform and Anjuli Foods.

Depending on the platform and your settings, this information may include:

  • your public profile name, account name or profile image;
  • comments, reactions, likes, follows, shares and messages;
  • advertisement impressions, clicks and conversions;
  • device, browser, cookie and advertising identifiers;
  • approximate location, language and demographic categories;
  • referral source and website activity following an advertisement click;
  • purchase, cart or conversion information shared through approved advertising tools;
  • audience, analytics and campaign-performance information.

We may use this information to:

  • respond to messages and customer-service inquiries;
  • manage comments and public interactions;
  • measure advertising performance;
  • understand customer interest and website traffic;
  • create or exclude advertising audiences where legally permitted;
  • prevent fraud and misuse;
  • improve products, content and marketing;
  • attribute sales or website visits to advertising campaigns.

Social-media and advertising platforms may process the same information independently for their own purposes. Their own terms, privacy policies and user settings apply.

Further details about how Anjuli Foods processes personal information, including information collected from social-media and advertising platforms, are provided in our Privacy Policy.

20A. Affiliate Program and GoAffPro

Anjuli Foods operates an Affiliate Program that allows approved affiliates, influencers, creators and other participants to promote eligible Anjuli Foods products through referral links, promo tokens, promotional codes and other approved tracking methods.

We use GoAffPro as a third-party technology provider to support parts of the Affiliate Program. GoAffPro technology may be used for affiliate registration, affiliate dashboards, referral tracking, cookies or similar identifiers, attribution of qualifying purchases, commission calculations, reports, payment-related records, fraud prevention and other programme administration functions.

Participation in the Affiliate Program is subject to separate rules in addition to these Website Terms of Use. Before joining or participating in the Affiliate Program, you must read and agree to the Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions.

The Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions govern matters including eligibility, affiliate accounts, referral links and promo tokens, permitted and prohibited promotional activities, qualifying purchases, commission calculations, refunds and commission reversals, affiliate payments, intellectual property, social-media disclosures, suspension and termination.

Affiliate commissions are not guaranteed merely because a customer visits the website. Attribution depends on the applicable referral or promotional tracking method and the rules of the Affiliate Program. Tracking may be affected by cookie settings, browser restrictions, device changes, deleted cookies, another affiliate referral, technical limitations or other circumstances described in the Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions.

Affiliates remain independent participants and are not employees, agents, partners or authorised representatives of Anjuli Foods merely because they participate in the Affiliate Program. Affiliates may not make commitments on behalf of Anjuli Foods or make false, misleading or unsupported product or medical claims.

Information processed in connection with the Affiliate Program—including affiliate registration details, referral activity, commission information, payment or payout information, device and browser information, cookies and technical data—may be processed by Anjuli Foods and through GoAffPro or other service providers. Further information is provided in our Privacy Policy.

If there is a conflict between these general Website Terms of Use and the Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions concerning participation in the Affiliate Program, the Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions will apply to that Affiliate Program matter, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

21. Electronic communications

By using the website or placing an order, you agree that we may send transactional communications electronically, including order acknowledgements, invoices, payment confirmations, dispatch updates, account-security messages and customer-service responses.

Marketing communications are subject to applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails, but you may continue to receive necessary transactional or legal notices.

22. Privacy and personal information

Our collection and processing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy covers information collected through the website, customer accounts, orders, payments, cookies, analytics, communications, social-media interactions and advertising platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube and TikTok. It also covers information processed in connection with the Anjuli Foods Affiliate Program, including information processed through GoAffPro for affiliate accounts, referral tracking, attribution, commissions, reporting, payouts, fraud prevention and related technical functions.

23. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect the website, accounts and transactions. No internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You must not attempt to test, bypass or compromise website security without our express written permission.

24. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every function will always be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device or browser.

Nothing in these Terms limits product commitments expressly provided in our published policies or mandatory guarantees provided by applicable consumer law.

25. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or other liability protected by mandatory law.

Subject to the above and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Anjuli Foods will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from website use, loss of access, third-party platforms, unauthorised account use caused by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where legally permitted, our total liability relating to a specific product order will not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

26. Indemnity for misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims or reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use of the website, infringement of another person’s rights, fraudulent activity or material breach of these Terms.

This clause does not apply where the loss was caused by Anjuli Foods or where applicable consumer law does not permit such an obligation.

27. Force majeure

We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, fire, epidemics, strikes, transport disruption, internet or electricity failure, government restrictions, civil unrest, supply interruption or courier disruption.

We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and complete or refund affected orders where required by law and reasonably possible.

28. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Nepal, without excluding any mandatory consumer protection or privacy rights that apply to you under another applicable jurisdiction.

29. Dispute resolution

Please contact us first at customer@anjulifoods.com so that we can try to resolve any complaint or dispute directly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the competent courts or authorities of Nepal, subject to any mandatory right a consumer may have to bring a claim elsewhere.

30. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, website features, payment methods, business practices, products or related policies.

The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Changes will apply prospectively and will not ordinarily alter rights already accrued under an accepted order.

31. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. The invalid provision will be interpreted or adjusted only to the minimum extent required by law.

32. No waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we waive the right to enforce it later.

33. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the policies and pages expressly incorporated by reference, form the agreement between you and Anjuli Foods concerning website use and purchases. If you participate in the Anjuli Foods Affiliate Program, the Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions and applicable Affiliate Program policies also form part of the terms governing that participation.
