- Personal referral links;
- Promo tokens or promotional codes;

Affiliates are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and must notify Anjuli Foods promptly if they suspect unauthorised access to their Affiliate account.
7. Referral Links and Promo Tokens
Each Affiliate may receive a personal referral link, promo token, promotional code or other tracking identifier. These tools allow qualifying customer purchases to be attributed to the relevant Affiliate.
Affiliates should use only referral links and promotional identifiers generated or approved by Anjuli Foods.
We cannot guarantee commission attribution where tracking fails because of:

15. Commission Rates
Commission rates are governed by the current Affiliate Commission Policy and may vary depending on product category, Affiliate level, campaign, seasonal promotion, special offer, bonus programme or individual Affiliate agreement.
The current standard commission may be displayed in the Affiliate Dashboard or Commission Policy.

Unless otherwise stated, commission is calculated on eligible product value after applicable discounts.
Commission calculations normally exclude:
- VAT and other taxes;
- Delivery charges;
- Payment gateway charges;
- Refunds;
- Returns;
- Cancelled transactions;
- Fraudulent transactions;
- Chargebacks;
- Non-commissionable products;
- Other charges specifically excluded by Anjuli Foods.
17. Returns, Refunds and Commission Reversal
If a customer order is subsequently cancelled, refunded, returned, disputed or reversed, the associated Affiliate commission may also be cancelled or reversed.
If the commission has already been credited, Anjuli Foods may deduct the amount from future commissions or Affiliate payments.
Customer returns and refunds are governed by the Delivery, Return & Refund Policy.
18. Fraud and Suspicious Transactions
Anjuli Foods may review orders for suspected fraud, misuse or manipulation before approving Affiliate commission.
Examples may include repeated orders from the same person using different identities, unusual order patterns, fake customer details, payment fraud, artificial referral activity, commission manipulation, abuse of customer discounts or coordinated fake purchasing.
Commission may be withheld while an investigation is ongoing.
19. Commission Approval Period
Commissions may initially appear as pending in the Affiliate Dashboard.
Anjuli Foods may apply a reasonable verification period before commission becomes approved for payment in order to account for order cancellation, payment failure, returns, refunds, fraud checks, delivery confirmation and customer disputes.
20. Affiliate Payments
Approved commissions may be paid through available payment methods, which may include Nepali bank transfer, PayPal where available, or other payment methods approved by Anjuli Foods.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details. Anjuli Foods is not responsible for payments delayed or lost because the Affiliate supplied incorrect payment information.
21. Minimum Payout
Anjuli Foods may establish a minimum payout threshold. If the approved commission balance is below the applicable threshold, the amount may be carried forward until the minimum payout level is reached.

Affiliates are responsible for understanding and complying with any tax obligations arising from Affiliate income.

26. Affiliate-Created Content
Affiliates may create their own photographs, videos, reviews, social media posts and other promotional content.
Such content must be original or legally licensed, must not infringe copyright, must not contain misleading claims, must respect applicable laws, must not damage the Anjuli Foods brand, and must accurately identify Affiliate relationships where required.

This may include information collected through AnjuliFoods.com, Affiliate registration forms, Affiliate Dashboard activity, referral links, promo tokens, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok and other social media and advertising platforms.
Such information may be processed for attribution, reporting, fraud prevention, commission calculation, advertising analysis, account security and Program administration.

Affiliates may receive confidential or non-public information relating to upcoming products, pricing, campaigns, commission structures, marketing strategy, customer information or internal business information.
Confidential information must not be disclosed without authorisation.
33. Account Suspension

Commission generated through fraud, abuse or material violation of these Terms may be cancelled.
36. Independent Contractor Relationship
Affiliates participate as independent contractors.
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, franchise, agency relationship or exclusive sales arrangement.
Affiliates are responsible for their own business costs, taxes, equipment and promotional activities.
37. No Guaranteed Earnings
Participation in the Anjuli Foods Affiliate Program does not guarantee any particular level of income.
Affiliate earnings depend on factors such as audience size, content quality, customer demand, conversion rate, product availability, promotional activity and customer purchasing behaviour.
38. Program Availability
Anjuli Foods does not guarantee that every product will always be available, every campaign will continue indefinitely, commission rates will remain unchanged, Affiliate systems will always operate without interruption, or every referral will result in a purchase.

This may include loss resulting from expected future commission, loss of social media reach, technical platform errors, third-party service interruptions, changes in product availability, changes in Affiliate commission rates or termination of a campaign.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
